Product Description
This machine is suitable for filling and seaming carbonated beverage such as beer, csd, etc.It is equipped the advanced device, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology.It has the characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, seaming reliably, frequency conversion timing, less material loss.It is the preferred equipment for the medium beer and beverage plant.

Main components of the can filling line are rinsing, filling-seaming monoblock, tunnel sterilizing machine and conveying system.The key machine is filling and seaming monoblock which synchronizes with filling machine.The liquid level is stable and the oxygen content is decreased.Through a few simple adjustments, it could handle different cans.The special structure sealing roller could be adjusted according to can's size.
As the can is easy to get deformed, soft treatment is needed in the transferring process.The conveying system regulates the transferring speed according to the each machine's working condition to assure no can falling or crashing occurs.

Working procedure
Cans will be pushed into can holding platform one by one by feeding screw and star-wheel.Centering cup of filling valve will fall to can;The distance between filling valves and cans is sealed by springiness plastic ring.The movement of centering cup is generated by plastic idler wheel along curvilinear motion.After filled, valve will be closed, air is discharged, and centering cup will rise from the can.Filled can will be sent to conveyor chain, then to seamer.Seamer will take lid, turn over the edge of can and turn the edge to finish the sealing action by the control of cam.After that can will be transferred to conveying system.

A4: Depending on your order: for whole production line it is 40~60 workdays. bottle or tube filling machine, labeling machine, capping machine, unscrambling machine, cansealing machine will be 30~40 days. Other simple equipment will be around 20 days. The above delivery time is calculated after receiving the down payment as well as sample bottles / tubes and materials.
Q5: Is there MOQ for your machine?
A5: 1 set is acceptable. Of course, if you order more, it will be fine and its price will be more competitive.
Q6: How to install the machine?
A6: Please do not worry. We will send you detailed video and instruction manual for your reference. Customer also can appoint your engineers to our factory to learn. Our engineers also can go abroad to install the machine well, however, customer needs to pay round air tickets, hotel and service expenses.
Q7: What is your warranty for the machine?
A7: The valid time for the warranty of our machine is one year; we will provide the spare parts to the buyer total for free in one year, which do not include those damaged or broken parts caused by human. And the vulnerable and consumptive spare parts are also out of the range of guarantee.Buyer needs to pay for the shipping or air charges.
