This kind glass bottle packing machine with washing filling and capping 3 function in 1 machine,normally used for filling of carbonated alcoholic drink, sparkling wine, carbonated wine, such as champagne, bir pletok, casanova so on with alcohol or no alcohol carbonated drink in glass bottle with crown cap or soft cork. The capacity is from 2,000-15,000 bottles per hour.
The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. The machine will wash, filling and capping functions together in one body, the whole process is automatic. Pressure filling mode (D models) applies to PET bottles, plastic bottles filling carbonated beverages, the application of the various parts of the bottle to adjust the handle rotation to achieve, the ease of quick and easy. Filling methods using a new type of micro pressure filling, the filling is faster and more stable, so this machine compared with the same specifications of the machine with higher yields, greater efficiency. Other simple equipment will be around 20 days. The above delivery time is calculated after receiving the down payment as well as sample bottles / tubes and materials.
